Why am I a particular fan of clients shopping in September? Not only is this a great time to look at the completed stock that can be moved into by year-end, but its also usually the last series of releases of new stock before year-end.
If you are looking to buy new build and you want a great variety of options and the best ability to compare various options that you are interested in, now is the time to do it.
Get in touch with all the agents, developers, marketing suites you can and find out when they have new releases when/if you can visit their marketing suites or actual on-site stock. Make your lists to compare all the products, pros/cons interesting info. Do visit the sites, if you don't have someone helping you who can physically check out the sites, then do visit them yourself.
Make your shortlist and revisit the projects on it. Go in with a list of questions and make sure you get all your answers, it is ok to have the agents come back in a day or two if they need to get the information they don't have.
Make your decision and put forward your offer and get things moving on the buying process.
